Delivery & Setup:

The device ships via USPS Priority Mail. When it arrives, simply screw on the antennas (finger tight) and plug the device into a regular power outlet. Easy, self-installation.

The Service:

The service gets signal from cellular towers in your area. Connect up to 10 wireless connections at a time and use the LAN port(s) for hardline connections. Since the device is portable, download/upload speeds can vary based on location, topography, weather, tower congestion and other factors.
We do not guarantee speeds or service at any specific place at any time (beware - anyone guaranteeing cellular data speeds is promising something they don’t control).
Most customers, in most areas, can stream HD movies across multiple devices, conduct video calls, surf the net, etc. (essentially everything they need it to do). If signal is weak in your area, we recommend using an external antenna.

Billing:

Our portable prepaid plans are no-contract, no-credit-check, portable prepaid service. Simply prepay for the equipment and the first month of service, plus tax and shipping. Thereafter it is a convenient month-to-month service.

Portable Service:

The service will work in all 50 states in areas where there is cell signal available. Which towers are used to pull the signal depend on the plan you select. All plans are through the Infinite Internet network. Each plan uses a specific cellular provider’s towers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy. Simply notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receipt and you may send back the equipment. We will refund the equipment cost less a $50.00 restocking fee. The first month of service is also refundable as long as usage is below 25GB. Shipping is non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned equipment must be received with all accessories and packaging.

The Service:

The service gets signal from cellular towers in your area. Connect up to 20 wireless connections at a time and use the LAN port(s) for hardline connections. This plan is intended for home use and is not portable.
In areas where 5G is available, many customers have reported speeds between 50-150mbps+, and where 4G is available have reported speeds between 15-50mbps. (Netflix, by comparison requires 5mbps to stream in HD)
We do not guarantee speeds or service at any specific place at any time (beware - anyone guaranteeing cellular data speeds is promising something they don’t control).

Billing:

Our Unlimited Home Plan is a no-contract plan with flexible month-to-month service. Service activation fee is paid up front. Shipping is free (faster shipping options available for additional charge). Your card is billed $1.01 as a temporary charge and that is refunded to you as soon as the router ships. The first monthly payment is not due until 21 days from the date the router is shipped.

Equipment cost:

You will be receiving a new 5G home router at no cost to you. You are responsible to return the router if you discontinue the service or be billed for it. To protect against equipment theft, there is a soft credit check that does not impact credit score. Everyone qualifies regardless of credit score/history.
*In some cases a small deposit may be required on the router.

Return Policy:

If you decide to discontinue service, you may cancel at any time and simply return the router. You will only pay for the days you used the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

PORTABLE PREPAID PLANS

No, they are not unlimited. Our portable prepaid plans all have generous data caps that are meant to provide adequate data for most households and businesses.
Our average customer household that uses the internet for work, streaming, school, surfing the net etc. uses about 200GB of data per month. Many households use less, and some use more. We have larger plans for households that need more data and some households have multiple lines to handle their personal/business needs.
One of the best things about our service is there are no overage charges. You pay the same amount each month, regardless of how much data you use. With our service you can set up data tracking to monitor your usage. Please see the section below about conserving data if you’d like some easy tips for avoiding wasted data. Once the account is over the data limit, the provider shuts off the service until the data cycle renews. Data cycles may be different than billing cycles.
We recommend turning off automatic updates on devices that may have large updates. Sometimes streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc. can be set to stream in 4K, and that will use lots of data very quickly. Reducing the streaming quality to 480 or 720 will conserve data. Our portable prepaid service has closed/strict NATS and we are not able to open them. We also do not provide any support on gaming-related service issues. Please also beware: downloading & updating games generally uses up A LOT of data.

If you’d like to switch to a different plan, simply contact our support team. Since each plan is prepaid and we are not able to prorate service, it is wise to work with our support team and time the switch to facilitate the easiest transition.

Returned equipment must be received with all accessories and packaging top receive your full refund (less restocking).

UNLIMITED HOME PLAN

Yes! There are no data caps on the unlimited home plan whatsoever.
Since the Unlimited Home Plan includes a home router at no cost to you, a soft credit check is done to protect against equipment theft. (Otherwise someone could call up and order under a fake name and run off with the equipment.) A soft credit check verifies that you’re a real person and makes you responsible to return the router should you ever decide to discontinue the service. Soft credit checks do not impact your credit score. Everyone qualifies for this program regardless of credit score/history. You will not be disqualified based on credit. In very rare cases, a small deposit may be required on the router. The deposit will be returned once you’ve been a customer in good standing for a sufficient time period.
Our Unlimited Home Plan is currently limited to a select number of areas and has limited availability in those areas, which means that once the towers in that area are at capacity, we are not able to add more customers until the tower capacity increases, thereby ensuring a first-class experience for the customer. Fortunately the number of areas where it is being offered is increasing regularly. We also have our Portable Prepaid Plans available for customers in areas where the Unlimited Home Plan is not available yet.
The Unlimited Home Plan is not a portable plan for travelers. If you move to another location or will be staying somewhere else for a significant period of time, you may call and ask if the service is transferrable to the new address.
Yes! Businesses can order this plan provided their service address qualifies.
Our Unlimited Home Plan does support gaming. This should not be confused with our other Portable Prepaid Plans that do not support gaming.
