DEVICES NOT CONNECTING TO INTERNET?

If you are having trouble connecting Roku, FireStick, TVs, or other devices, please follow the instructions for changing APN settings:

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

CHANGE NETWORK NAME & PASSWORD

 Step 1. Make sure your device is connected to the FireWiFi/Dynami router.

Step 2. Open an up an internet browser such as Google Chrome.  

Step 3. Type in the following information in the URL section of the web browser, 192.168.100.1 and then hit enter.  

Step 4. Enter the password to access the modem, The default password is the word "admin".  

Step 5. You will now be at the Dynami Router home page, now look for a section that says NETWORK SETTINGS, in the box you will be able to find the link to update your WIFI settings, click on the WIFI settings link to continue.  

Step 6. After you click on the WIFI settings link above, you will now have access to change the WIFI KEY, in this menu you can also change the WIFI Name from (SSID) to what ever you like.  

Step 7. After you have completed the changes above, hit apply to save your changes. Remember any devices connected to the previous WIFI network will have to be reprogrammed to connect to the new network you just created. It is recommended after you have saved your changes to the internet device to power cycle the device. 

WIFI SETUP

Our device allows you to connect via Ethernet or WiFi to access the internet. To get started, make sure your Internet Device is connected, powered up and is displaying a green WiFi signal in the front panel of the device.  

Now using your wireless device, search for the available wireless (WiFi) networks and make a connection to network that displays "LTE CPE_****", this is your new network.  

You will be required to provide your WIFI KEY this is also called a wireless password (passphrase), this can be found on the bottom of your internet device.  

Upon successful connection, you should be able to access the internet and start enjoying your new internet service. If you are interested in updating your device from the default password, then continue to read on.

BAND LOCKING GUIDE *Note: You can see these steps in greater detail, with screenshots here.  

Our device allows for you to lock onto one LTE channel to avoid automatic channel changes in low signal situations or to help with improving speeds if one channel is faster than the other.  

To get started, make sure your Internet Device is connected, powered up and is displaying a green WI-FI signal in the front panel of the device and / or the green Ethernet light  

Follow the steps listed below to change your LTE Channel:  

Step 1. Make sure your device is connected to the Dynami Wireless Internet device.  

Step 2. Open an up an Internet browser such as Google Chrome.  

Step 3. Type in the following information in the URL section of the web browser, 192.168.100.1 and then hit enter.

Step 4. Enter the password to access the modem, The default password is the word "admin".  

Step 5. You will now be at the Dynami Wireless Internet device home page, now look for a section that says CONNECTION STATUS, in the box you will be able shut off any active LTE connections, this is required so you can make changes to the device. 

Step 6. Now continue on the device home page and look for a section that says NETWORK SETTINGS, in that section you will be able to find the link to update your settings, click on the NETWORK settings link to continue.

Step 7. After you click on the NETWORK settings link above, you will now have access to the connection settings menu, now click on the NETWORK INFORMATION button.

Step 8. Now you are at set frequency band menu. Now select the channel you desire for your Internet device. After you set the desired channel make sure to hit apply, You will get a success message, then hit apply for a second time and power cycle (restart) the Internet device.

Final Step. Once you have rebooted your Internet device, you should see a 4G icon on the front display of your modem, this means your device is connected to the LTE tower. You can proceed to check your signal strength and LTE Band Channel information to ensure that your are now locked to the desired channel.  

TRACKING DATA USAGE

1. Make sure you are connected to your Dynami Router. 

2. Open up a browser using Chrome, Firefox etc. 

3. Type in the following to the URL of the web browser: 192.168.100.1 

4.Enter the password to modem the default password is: admin ( all lower case).

 5. You will be on the main page. Look in lower left hand corner orange box that says statistics. CLICK ON IT.

Clear Data Day per month - Recommended to be set to the 7th for all PINK customers, the 18th for all BLUE customers.

Data Management - Set to ENABLE to use data tracking. Data Type - Set to Data to track data usage or Time to track hours used.

 You can also set your data plan type and reminders in this option.
