BUSINESS 300 TERMS OF SERVICE

We are a month-to-month service and the following terms are subject to change.

We use cellular networks for our mobile internet service. Coverage is not always available in all areas of the United States, as data services in some areas can be limited by geographical terrain, structures, weather, frequencies used, tower congestion and other factors.

We do not guarantee service or specific speeds in any area, at any time. This plan does not support usage over 300GB of data per month. Thereafter, the service may slow or be shut off until the data cycle renews. Data cycles may be different than billing cycles.

Our services have closed NATs. Accounts that abuse this service with excessive data usage can be shut off and cancelled without refund.

This plan is only available to verified businesses and/or work-from-home as primary use.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you notify us that you would like to cancel the service within 14 days of purchase you may send back the equipment, and we will refund the equipment cost less a $50.00 restocking fee. The first month of service is also refundable as long as usage is below 25GB. Shipping is non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned equipment must be received with all accessories and packaging.

After 14 days you may cancel the monthly service renewal at any time. We do not prorate service if canceled between service billing or data cycles.

Auto payment is required with a credit or debit card. If the line of service is shutoff due to nonpayment, there is a $15 reactivation fee. Lines that are inactive for more than 5 days may require a replacement sim card.

BASIC 300X TERMS OF SERVICE

We are a month-to-month service and the following terms are subject to change.

We use cellular networks for our mobile internet service. Coverage is not always available in all areas of the United States, as data services in some areas can be limited by geographical terrain, structures, weather, frequencies used, tower congestion and other factors.  

We do not guarantee service or specific speeds in any area, at any time. The service may be temporarily deprioritized after 50GB of high-speed usage in instances of severe network congestion. We do not support usage over 300 GB of data per month. When usage exceeds 300GB of data per month the service may be shut off until the data cycle renews. Data cycles may be different than billing cycles.

The max streaming quality for this plan is 1080 HD streaming. 4K streaming is not supported on this plan.
